The coach can help them to be a part of the action and draw from their individual presenting strengths. On-Camera Reporters and Guests The video producer may be involved with producing a live show with a guest located at another city. Using satellite or Internet transmission, the producer will be responsible for at least the home office camera feed. The on-camera executive will probably wear an IFB earpiece as well as a clip-on micro- phone. IFB stands for "interruptible feedback," and it refers to an intercom system that connects the host and guest mikes to the earpieces they each wear. They also hear the director. It is best to ask all on-camera persons to angle themselves just slightly to hide the earpiece.
