Video creates a consistent message that can be designed to be engaging and evaluated to be accurate. Management need not worry that an instructor might forget something or that his or her delivery may be less than ideal on a particular day. Videos can be scripted and produced with the scrutiny neces- sary to make certain that each viewer gets the message as origi- nally intended.
