While solving the Innovation Pipeline problem, you to implement the following technical patterns:

• Pipe: A pipe is used to support communication between two separate processes. The solution demonstrates how to use SharePoint lists to create a pipe between a master and child workflow.
• Separation of concerns: Each set of criterion and the weighting of measurement between each subject area should be distinct with no overlap, allowing subject matter experts to independently define and apply the specific criteria for their areas of specialization.
