Friday: Determine Compensation and Draft Contact Once you have decided what program management solution you want to go with, it's time to look into compensation costs and to work on your contract with the program manager of choice. Determining Compensation So, how much should you pay your affiliate manager? It depends on the follow- ing three variables: the industry, the experience of the person you are hiring, and whether you are looking for an in-house affiliate manager or have decided to out- source the work. Speaking of outsourced program managers, prices will vary significantly and will depend on the OPM's experience, expertise, and connections.
