Checking and reporting on progress

Dealing with problems and referring some things to the Project Board

This chapter deals with the day-to-day work of the Project Manager during a delivery stage. That includes picking up on any problems and reporting progress. The chapter doesn’t cover the activity of the Project Manager towards the end of the stage in getting ready for the Project Board meeting to approve the next one. Chapter 6 describes all that work, which is mostly done as the stage boundary approaches.
