Adding servers
To manage remote servers using Server Manager, you first need to add the servers to the server pool. You can add both physical and virtual servers to the server pool. As described in the previous lesson, no additional configuration is needed for adding servers running Windows Server 2012 to the server pool. Servers running Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2, however, must first be configured for remote server management before they can be added to the server pool.
