These are important to practitioners as forms of evidence for the application of mental toughness as well as sources of inspiration for particular applications in which the practitioner is inter- ested. They are also an important and valuable support and addition to this book. AQR makes these routinely available through its website. However, the volume is growing so quickly that it can be overwhelming to the casual visitor to the site. There is a major commitment to: Structure, catalogue and organize the case study and research database. Develop processes that make the material more accessible to those interested in it ­ including creating abstracts and using IT to automatically issue updates to registered practitioners so that they are kept up to date.
