Step 2: Restructure Outdated Knowledge

Now that we had a better window onto the knowledge Dan and Stu used to form their relationship, we were ready to take the next step: resetting the basis of their relationship by restructuring the experiential knowledge they bring to it. To help Dan and Stu take this step, I created several documents that were based on what you've just read. With these documents in hand, we were able to consider two questions: where is their experiential knowledge breaking down, and how can we restructure it so that it better fits their current circumstances and abilities? The following pages recount where these questions led us.
