Kick-off Meeting

A kick-off meeting is usually the first opportunity that the survey team has to fully engage with the customer. This is an important time to not only make the proper introductions, but also explain the process involved during the site survey. You should use this time effectively in order to obtain all the information you need from your customer. Here are some helpful tips for planning for and running the meeting:
