REDUCE COFFEE
Coffee is great for improving thinking. Research shows clearly that mental performance improves after a cup of java. Not only that, many athletes report that they perform better when they ingest some caffeine half an hour before they need to perform.
However, I advise against having more than one coffee a day, for two reasons. The first is that after the coffee high you get the coffee low. A few hours after that latte your energy levels will be lower than before your first sip. In many ways coffee “borrows” energy from the future. Once you start using coffee as a mental performance enhancer it’s hard not to get into the habit of having more cups during the day. Pretty soon your body finds it hard to perform well unless there’s coffee inside it.
