You may already know some of them ... but the challenge here is to undertake daily actions that go with these principles
After you have got the knowledge, you have to stick to them and apply them as a daily routine (that's why the author recommend a second reading and then picking up one principle and try to master it for a month)
I haven't finished it yet, but I enjoy reading and living it

Some very effective habits to pick up and a well paced read. Suggest read it through then go back and do all the exercises and chose what habits you want to acquire
