What separates great facilitators from good ones? You typically know within fifteen minutes, and often sooner, whether a facilitator has what it takes to make it worth your time to sit through a training class or a facilitated session. Of course, every training facilitator must know the content, be able to communicate clearly, and deliver the learning points effectively.
