You and your group must proactively prepare yourselves to deal with quickly developing situations that require timely assessments and course corrections. The PRIMES you are about to uncover ensure that you can sustain the power and performance of the group through any unplanned developments until the outcomes you declared are fully realized.

First, you and your group must deal with things as they are, and have the capacity to make decisions as quickly as the situation demands. You will need to determine what behaviors you'll tolerate and not tolerate. Each and every group member must be comfortable making demands and requests of others and trust that they will keep agreements. Finally, the group must be skilled at and open to having fierce conversations and saying whatever needs to be said along the way to ensure success.
