In the section “An End-to-End Walk-through of PRINCE2” in Chapter 1, “Overview of PRINCE2,” you saw an overview of the process model. I recommend that you review that section again, in particular the “Activities in the Middle of the Project” subsection, before continuing with this chapter. This will help you understand how the three processes discussed in this chapter (Controlling a Stage, Managing Product Delivery, and Managing a Stage Boundary) fit into the overall method.
