Communication Management Strategy

The Communication Management Strategy describes how the project management team and the external stakeholders will communicate with each other. In any project, effective communication is vital between all the various parties involved or with an interest in the project. Sitting down at the beginning of the project and thinking about how communication will take place, and then regularly checking that this approach is followed, helps to ensure that everyone has information relevant to them in a timely manner.
