Speaking the Right Body Language

Before humans developed spoken language, they communicated through the use of the body – deliberately and directly with signs, and accidently and indirectly with involuntary facial and other movements.

You do a few things almost unconsciously that reveal a huge amount about how you’re feeling and even about what you’re thinking. Check these out:

Most people can easily read basic body language without any training.

You may also smile more broadly and mirror the actions of the other person, such as crossing or uncrossing your legs to match, or leaning forwards or backwards in harmony, scratching your nose at the same time, and so on.
