About the Author

Woody Lidstone is a trainer, editor, and consultant specializing in workflow for post-production and broadcast. He has worked with Avid’s professional services team and worked in industry as an editor, as well as a visual effects compositor for a SciFi series.

Woody is the principal instructor at Splice Training, Canada’s Avid Training Partner, where he teaches Avid Certified Training courses and iOS App Development courses in Vancouver, Toronto, and Halifax. When not in the classroom, he provides on-site training throughout North America and Europe.
