Script Integration and ScriptSync

Editors are storytellers. Be it dramatic stories, feature films, or interview-laden documentaries, the story underlines your picture and sound choices. So Media Composer supports that by allowing you to shift your project management from isolated bins to the script itself.

All the clips that would normally be placed into a bin are now placed into a script. Instead of opening bins to find clips, you open a script. You advance to the scene you’re editing, and your shots are available in the context of the story. It’s a wonderful way to remain story-focused and it’s the topic of this lesson.
