As your session gets more complex, organizing and navigating the maze of clips and tracks can become a real issue. This is not only true of the editing phase, but in the mixing stage as well, when you’re mainly working in the Mix window and you don’t have the convenience of clicking on a specific time on a track (although you will still have the Transport window when you want it). The good news is that you can make navigation significantly easier by setting up a few memory locations.
Memory locations are user-defined presets that enable you to recall a variety of settings with a single click of a button. Not only will you be able to instantly jump to important places in time, but you can also change zoom settings, track visibility, track height, and more!
