Thor is an amazing synth that comes in Reason. It’s capable of very warm analog sounds; complex, deeply weird, and exciting textures and effects; lead sounds that really cut through; and tons of groove. Thor offers significant and advanced features not found on Subtractor or the Malström. It features a very cool Step Sequencer that opens up whole new areas of inspiration and rhythmic possibilities. Its oscillators and filters are modular: When you change oscillator type (analog, wavetable, phase modulation, FM pair, multi-oscillator, or noise) or filter type (including formant and State Variable filter types), you are presented with a completely different user interface for that oscillator or filter.
