Tracking with the Mosaic Effect

Use your new-found skills with corrective effects to improve two segments from a sequence you have been working on.

GOALS

Obscure a license plate by tracking a Mosaic effect over it

Resize a clip to eliminate distracting cars

1. Return to the RTS FX PT2 LESSON 03 sequence that you were working on earlier.

2. The clip of the runners at 31:15 has a car in the distance on the right side of the frame and a car on the left that comes into frame at the end of the shot. Use the Resize effect to crop out both the car on the right and the car that comes into the frame on the left.

3. Use the Mosaic effect from the Image category to track a small Mosaic over the motorcycle license plate at 32:00. This effect works similarly to the Blur effect you placed over the logo.
