Ray > Ray - Pg. 110

Begin by asking Ray what position he hopes to achieve in the company-- next year, five years from now, ten years from now. Ask him to name some people who already hold those positions. Ask how he thinks they achieved their positions. Ask about his perceptions of their behavior now, and ask how that behavior might have changed after they received promotions.
