Walking the Talk

The T&Z program worked wonders in our group. It was sad that others in the enterprise didn't embrace it or similar methods to the degree that we did, but we were undeterred. Even so, it wasn't always easy.

It was easy for me but I am an ENTJ (extrovert, intuition, thinking, judgment). “No fear” is my mantra. But it wasn't always easy for everyone else in the group. Depending on your personality type, some of the behaviors come naturally while others can be downright painful. The biggest challenge for me was adaptability, no surprise there. ENTJs are very set in their ways. The behaviors for which I was most recognized were actually associated with the least acknowledged value of the six, integrity.
