Name reservations can be made by calling (302) 739-3073. The name will be reserved for 30 days with a $75 fee, payable to Delaware Secretary of State.

The filing fee for nonprofit organizations is $89, plus $9 per page after the first page. Expedited services are available and are as follows:

Priority Services (1–2 hours) range from $500 to $1,000
Same Day Service is available for an additional $100
24-hour Service is available for an additional $50
