Direct Feedback

Of course, the quickest form of feedback you will receive is direct engagement with participants. Ask people a direct question, so what did you think of the program? Believe me; people are very interested in providing feedback if it will help improve upon an area. Others may need to vent about their experience. If a program participant had a bad experience with your organization it is in your best interest to address the concern(s) as soon as possible. A disappointed program participant will share her unpleasant experience with more people than the person who enjoyed your program offering(s).
