In Chapter 14 the question was raised, how can you determine your program’s success? The answer can be found in the feedback from your program participants. There are quite a few reputable audience research companies that provide assessment services to nonprofits. Unfortunately, newly formed organizations may feel that in order to evaluate their programs they need to invest a small fortune in a consulting firm that will help them in the evaluation process. The reality is, every nonprofit can begin assessing the effectiveness of its programs.
