TEXTURES AND PATTERNS DRAWING TEXTURES ISN'T HARD, BUT IT TAKES SOME FORETHOUGHT. OUR TENDENCY WHEN drawing textures is to want to create every line or bump. This isn't necessary, except some- times in a closeup. It's easier and actually better to simply indicate the textures because that allows the viewer to focus on your main subjects.
