It would not be any fun for your followers to chase Twitter clues for a few hours in an afternoon only to succeed and walk away with a few crummy coupons. (There’s an epidemic of coupon tweets taking over Twitter. But more on that later.) Coupons are great tools for giving folks an incentive to visit your store, office, restaurant, or location, but—in this case—it cannot be the only prize. Use coupons as an incentive to get the people to come visit you later at your store only after they’ve gobbled up your main prize.
