Safari Books Online is a digital library providing on-demand subscription access to thousands of learning resources.
Three tabs worth of help documents and contact links greet you here: FAQ & Troubleshooting; Contact Customer Service; and Feedback. Use the second and third tabs to reach an Amazon rep and submit questions and comments about the Fire. The first tab lists about two dozen support topics, ranging from “Home Screen and Navigation” to “Connecting to Wi-Fi.” Is there anything here that you won’t find in the preceding pages of this book? Probably not—it’s just a copy of what you’ll find online at http://amzn.to/kfmm155. Nothing wrong with any of that, of course, but don’t expect to find advice on real-world workarounds or commentary on what’s worth your time and what’s still a work-in-progress. To be fair, though, Amazon does win one round in this particular help-off: It can update these help files in a way that’s not possible with a published book. As Amazon adds new features to the Fire, you can expect to find some basic coverage in these online help guides.
