This book covers C# & .NET extensively including very subtle concepts. A great book to have in your bookshelf. Over a 1000 pages and no idle material.

For me the best book about C# and the .NET framework by far, provided you have some background with another OO language. The sequence in which the topics are introduced is really well thought, and the book almost never falls in the usual trap of having you to understand something that will only be explained later in the book.
C# 5.0 Reference is an excellent companion to this book (as it follows exactly the same structure, but skipping most of the explanations), and I really recommend both.
