“After”—the “Magic Words” Answer

I’m pretty unflappable when it comes to work. I really can’t point to anything that I’d consider as a pet peeve, and truly no one causes me to lose my temper.

[If pressed further for an answer, you might say,] You know, I guess I’d say that when I’ve been short on sleep there might be a tendency toward impatience, but I never lose my temper. And, if I notice that I’m less patient with myself or others, I welcome it as a sign that I need to be super-vigilant about getting enough rest, exercise, and nutrition.
