Preparing for the Job Hunt

Big-game hunters always bring the right weapons and ammo, and sequel-job hunters also need to gear up for their efforts. To start, you need to have your resume in good shape so you can send it off on short notice. The resume needs to show a tight focus on the kind of job you want and the strengths you bring to the employer. The cover letter also should be based on this focused thinking.
