For calendar items, will the vendor have the ability to process and tiff (if required) the `Schedule' tab? Do the collected documents contain specialty fonts or logos? If tiffing out for review and/or production, the vendor may need these to tiff and convert properly. Make sure to document all instructions and notes and work with the vendor to load a test batch first to confirm that all instructions are being followed accordingly. Hosted Solutions Hosted document review solutions are found in many flavors these days, but those with production capabilities are still somewhat limited. Although hosted solutions are a popular avenue for e-discovery service providers to pursue, some are slower to build in production capabilities.
