Appendix B. Installing Themes and Plugins

If you're new to WordPress, the concept of installing themes and plugins may be foreign to you. The methods used to add themes and plugins to an installation of WordPress are, however, quite easy, so you shouldn't have any trouble getting started.

In this appendix, you will find instructions that will guide you through the process used to install themes from the WordPress Free Themes Directory and plugins found in the WordPress Plugin Directory. Instructions are also provided for how to install themes and plugins that haven't been added to either of those two directories.
