Let's find out the differences between a Category Blog and a Category List. Earlier, you created a Category Blog link pointing to the News category. Let's now create a list overview of the same category as follows:
- Navigate to Menus | Main Menu | Add New Menu Item.
- In the New Menu Item screen, click on the Select button. In the Select a Menu Item Type popup screen, click on Category List:
- Under Required Settings, select the category: News. In the Title field, add a descriptive menu link text: News Articles Overview.
- Click on Save. Done! Click on View Site to see the home page of your site; click on the News Articles Overview link to see the new list page. It should look similar to the following screenshot:
