The topics covered in this chapter are a review of organizations and inventory transactions that effect non-manufacturing organizations. We also reviewed Items and their related setups with a brief overview of Oracle Cost Management and impacts on Inventory Accounting.

The next chapter is an overview of purchasing and iProcurement. We will walk through purchasing and receiving transactions, including accrual. We will also cover briefly the purchasing close process.
