3. Updating Costs, Using Kits, and Lot Processing > Reviewing lot quantities
You can view the on-hand quantity, the available quantity, and the quantity held for each lot. You can also view up to six other quantity types, which you set up in the User-Defined Code table UDC (40/LQ).
You are going to set up an inventory item quantity review. You need to set up UDC 40/LQ.
- From the fast path, enter P004A for setting up the lot quantity review application.
- Add the required UDC codes, for example IA, IC, OV (this is the document type that is used to receive/issue the lot).
- Add the UDC description.
- Add all of the document types that will be used for the lot during transactions.
