Editing Notes with Identical Pitch

In many situations, you'll need to edit all notes of a particular pitch. If a phrase was difficult to play, the resulting part may contain multiple incorrect notes with the same pitch. A part may also contain a good performance, but you might decide that a particular chord sounds better without one of the notes.

If you are creating drum parts, each pitch plays a different sound; a C note might play a snare drum, and a C# note might play a snare drum with a hi-hat. Editing all notes on one pitch is very handy in this situation, because when you change the note, you will change the drum sound that is triggered.
