An essential part of a converged network administrator’s job is performance analysis and monitoring. You will not need to know how to use any specific performance monitoring tools for the Convergence+ exam, but you should be aware of the different categories of tools that are available to you and the scenarios in which you would use them. The tools you’ll need to consider include:
