Symmetric encryption is like two people having identical keys to a house. In fact, the term key is used to refer to the password. It is foolish to give the key to your house to anyone who wants to deliver a package. Keep in mind that the point of encryption is to prevent those not involved in the transaction from seeing what is in the box. So, what do you do with the box?
