Trust Policies

Trust policies enable users to share documents protected in AD RMS across internal or external AD DS forests. You use the AD FS snap-in to configure trust policies, including the following tasks:

• Administer account stores in AD DS or AD LDS.

• Manage partners that will trust your company, including account partners and resource partners.

• Manage claims and certificates used by federation servers, as well as web applications protected by AD FS.
