Windows System Resource Manager (WSRM) is an administrative feature that enables you to control how processor and memory resources are allocated to applications, services, and processes running on the server. Managing resource allocation reduces the risk of these items competing for processor and memory resources, thereby improving the efficiency and performance of the computer. It is especially useful on servers that are running Terminal Services.
To install WSRM, access the Features node of Server Manager and click Add Features. In the Select Features page of the Add Features Wizard, scroll down to select Windows System Resource Manager. The wizard asks you to install Windows Internal Database. Accept this request, click Next, and then click Install.
