Close Program

A process of the Closing process group that is used to close a program.

Close the program

Phase five, the last program phase, in which the program is closed.

closure report

An output item of the Close Program process that consists of the closure documents of the constituent projects and non-project activities included in the program.

Component Closure

A process used to close a component or oversee the closure of a component of the program.

Contract Closure

A process used to close the program contracts according to the contract terms and conditions.

post-review meeting

A meeting conducted during the program closure with the stakeholders, in which the final performance analysis report is presented, feedback is obtained, and lessons learned are captured.
