Lab Exercise 4.02: Developing the Project Management Plan

The project management plan isn’t just one, long document, but a collection of subsidiary plans. Each subsidiary plan directs the project in that knowledge area, technology, and discipline. This project management process is the creation, collection, and organization of the project management plan. The project management plan defines, in exact details, how the project will be executed, monitored and controlled, and then closed.
