Lab Exercise 4.04: Monitoring and Controlling the Project Work

This project integration process is primarily concerned with the accuracy, completion, and tracking of the project work to ensure that the project team is completing their objectives and requirements in the project. The project manager will both monitor and control the project work, and these are two different actions.
