The coaching approach in the StaffCoach™ Model is for average performers. With this role you support and affirm, motivate and encourage, inspire and get buy-in. A coach requires trust and that comes about through involvement, communication and clarity of goals.

People are more willing to enter into a symbiotic relationship with you when they know you believe in them, will stand by them, and are open to their thoughts and feelings. Communication, both in setting goals and in listening to feedback, is instrumental in taking people from where they are to where they can be.
