I am dissapointed that this book is promoting the culture of 'Fake Personality Building'.

Like instead of providing probing insight of 'why a firm handshake' is important and how as a candidate you should explore your personality traits. It just states 'You should have a firm handshake'as  a streotype that is misleading.

A fake firm handshake from a candidate with a low self esteem problem might get him/her the job but will not help them to cope with the pressure and succeed.

I am surprised such books even get printed at all!! So much for transcript review...before printing

An extremely simple and basic guide.  Clear titles and well written in an easy to read (or skim) fashion.  

May be most useful for those looking for a refresher in this mostly common sense guide or for those who may be new to the topic or workforce.

For anyone looking for more detailed insight, you'll most likely be disappointed.

I was hoping to find out about smart ways to tap into the meaning of other people's behavior - instead, I got a book with a couple of ideas that even kids know and that could've been presented in nothing more than a short Cosmo article.
