Working with full envelopes is inconveniently clumsy, in addition to the risk of losing material. Photocopy all five marked envelope fronts to give yourself five manageable inventory face sheets, the lists of all the available material. Immediately store the full envelopes in a safe, cool, dry place. You will need them when you begin to write, at point d. File away the crossed-off lists of questions for later use (sec. 2.3.36 and sec. 10.2). Those five inventory face sheets are actually your complete report. All you need to do now is organize them into proper sequence and fill in researched details.
