11 Chapter 11. IMS Connect Extensions IMS Connect Extensions is an IBM DB2 UDB and IMS Tools program product (program number 5655-K48) that extends and enhances the services of IMS Connect. The tool helps you tune IMS and IMS Connect performance, perform problem determination, and better manage workloads, user exits, and security. This chapter gives an overview of IMS Connect Extensions showing how IMS Connect Extensions can help you manage your IMS Connect system.
