Setting Client Permissions to Public Folder Content

In Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 1, you can set client permissions using the Public Folder Management Console. This is new to Service Pack 1. Previously, you could use either Exchange Management Shell or Microsoft Office Outlook to do this.

When you use the Add-PublicFolderClientPermission cmdlet with the -AccessRights parameter, you can set client permissions on public folders and their contents. The following table shows a number of options for this cmdlet.
